Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours.

Caitlyn gained valuable experience working with people with disabilities and diverse support needs through her roles as a Disability Support Worker and Allied Health Assistant. These experiences helped her develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting and connecting with others.

Through her training and practical experience, Caitlyn has developed a strong interest in helping individuals build independence and participate meaningfully in their daily lives. She values a collaborative, person-centred approach and is committed to creating supportive environments where clients feel comfortable, empowered, and confident in working towards their goals.
