Transparent Pricing for All Our Services

Understanding the cost of services is important when making decisions about therapy.

Here’s an outline of the fees you can expect for the services provided.

Service Rates

The current hourly rates are:

  • Occupational Therapy – $195 + GST
  • Speech Pathology – $195 + GST

How Appointment Fees Are Structured

Your initial appointment will typically last around 45 minutes.

There’s also 15 minutes allocated for administrative time, where your practitioner will document the details of your session, plan future interventions, and prepare for your next appointment.

Follow-up appointments are either 30 or 45 minutes long.

There’s also 15 minutes for administration time to keep your records up to date and ensure continued progress.

No More Waiting Around

Waiting for support can be frustrating, but with this approach, communication is kept clear and consistent.

By understanding goals and needs early on, the right person can be allocated for the job.

This minimizes the time spent waiting and maximizes the support received. – Carly

Why We Include Administration Time in Your Fee

This time isn’t just about paperwork.

It’s essential for tracking your progress and planning the best way forward.

The time is spent on:

  • Documenting the session’s details.
  • Developing plans for at-home exercises or therapy activities.
  • Monitoring your progress toward goals.
  • Planning for your next session.

Travel Time

Travel time is also billed at the standard hourly rate.

This applies when the practitioner is travelling to and from appointments.

If your practitioner is visiting multiple clients in the same area, the travel costs are split between the visits.

What Happens If You Miss an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, it’s important to let us know at least two business days in advance.

If less than two days’ notice is given, or if you miss an appointment without notice, a full fee will be charged.

This includes travel time, as the practitioner may still have incurred travel costs for the scheduled visit.

Assessments and Reports

Some services require additional time for assessments or report writing.

Here are some examples of typical reports and their time estimates:

  • Occupational Therapy:
  • Sensory Profile Report – 4 hours
