We have roles for experienced clinicians and also have our own graduate program, which has been continuously improved since 2022.

We offer all our OT’s and SP’s:


  • An additional week of annual leave (5 weeks annual leave total).
  • Paid parental leave (after 12 months of employment).
  • Paid study/CPD leave (10 days per year) + $2,500 per year study/CPD budget.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is completely anonymous and confidential.
  • Flexibility in working arrangements (Working from home, 8 day fortnights, 9 day fortnights, and more).
  • Structured supervision with an experienced practitioner, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly based on your experience.

At DLS we offer a structured program for new graduates to get started in their career. 


In addition to all benefits listed above, we offer our graduates:

  • Weekly, structured formal supervision with a senior staff member for your first two years.
  • Access to other senior staff for support outside formal supervision.
  • In-house training and CPD for evidence-based interventions commonly used with participants of our service.
  • Opportunities to gain experience in working with participants with a variety of health and disability needs.
  • Weekly grad group led by a senior staff member that includes structured learning and peer support.
