Jorja holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology with Honours.

Jorja has gained experience working closely with people with disabilities and diverse support needs through her roles as a Disability Support Worker and Allied Health Assistant. These roles supported the development of strong communication skills, adaptability, and a person-centred approach to care.

Through experience across a range of practice areas, Jorja developed a particular interest in paediatric speech, language, and literacy, as well as adult swallowing. She values evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork and is committed to providing holistic and culturally responsive care.

Jorja is deeply passionate about supporting individuals to reach their full potential and finds great fulfilment in helping people build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in their daily lives.
