Molly holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology with Honours from La Trobe University.

Alongside Molly's experience in the speech pathology field as an Allied Health Assistant, she has multiple years of experience as a Disability Support Worker. This has reinforced the importance of recognising each participant's unique strengths, needs and goals.

Molly values building strong rapport with participants and their families to gain a holistic understanding of each child. She aims to work collaboratively with key people in a participant's life, to support them in working towards their goals in a meaningful and supportive way.

Molly is dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive therapy space where participants can build confidence and learn.
